1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of badmintonbazaar.shop and purchases made through it. The store is operated by Sole Proprietor: Ashish Kushwah ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with a guardian's supervision.
  • Provide accurate name, email, and phone details, and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
  • Tell us via the Contact page if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST.
  • Product availability and stock counts are shown per variant and can change; an item in your cart is not reserved until your order is placed and confirmed.
  • We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. If we discover an error in an order (for example, a pricing error or out-of-stock variant), we will contact you and may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
  • Brand and product names used on the store belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Orders

  • Checkout currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD) only; payment is collected when the order is delivered.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number as soon as the order is placed; orders are then reviewed, and we email status updates (Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled) afterwards.
  • We may cancel orders in limited cases (stock problems, suspected fraud, or errors), with notice by email. Customers cannot cancel orders from the website; contact support instead.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellation handling are described in Returns & Refunds; a written returns policy is not yet published.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation.
  • Place orders with no genuine intention to pay (including repeated abandoned COD orders).
  • Reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of jurisdiction city/state.
